What is this course about?
It often happens in an organization that employees don’t want change, “It was good as it used to be! Why change it? ”but for some reason change is still needed. In this course, you will become aware of the tools that, if you incorporate into your everyday behavior,
you will see change as an opportunity
you will focus more on the solution and
you can empower yourself to do things that were too difficult so far, thus you have never started.
In this course, we give the knowledge to this. Itl seems very simple, but in reality it is very difficult to notice what you should change, and it is also difficult to change your habits.
What do we do?
With this online course, we will start you on your way.. We give you the knowledge to see change as an opportunity to look for the solution in a situation or task, and to become aware of how you can get more out of a situation for your own benefit and for the benefit of your team.
How do you use this course?
Please prepare a few sheets of paper or a notebook and a pen in front of you. There will be tasks during and at the end of the lessons so you will need them.
Please be open and patient. This will not be a “fast train”. Because changing ourselves is a difficult and slow process.
We think it’s important that you first understand the problem and we will show you what and how to do only afterwards.
Think of the course as a practical knowledge base that works when you use it in your everyday life. (If you just think about it, it will not change the situation around you.)

Suggestion for the course:
First, focus mainly on self-improvement. And only later think about how it will be good for others.
You can benefit from understanding what you can do for yourself and how can you be aware. But you can also benefit from understanding better the behavior of others. However the question is, what can you do in the situation you are currently in? We will help you with that.
You will understand what Growth Mindset means,

You will get tools to change your behaviour habits.
You will become aware of situations in which you can do more for yourself and for your team at work.
What do we not expect from the course?
To change your behavior quickly. This is a soft process. Behavior change is slow. Perseverance and continuous practice is necessary to change our attitude.
